Bean Group Expands NH Lakes Region Presence With New Meredith Office Slated To Open In March 2010

Bean Group’s Meredith office will be moving next month. Our new office will be located at Meredith Bay Shops at 38 N Route 25 in Meredith, NH.

Meredith Bay Shops was redeveloped in 2008 and is now anchored by a newly constructed ‪Hannaford Supermarket & Pharmacy‬. Other shops include Rite Aid, Olympia Sports and Meredith Village Greenery. The property is strategically located at the intersection of US Route 3 and NH Route 25 resulting in 19,600 average daily traffic count.

The Meredith Bean Group office will offer flexible workspace and conference space for our Lakes Region REALTORS®. The office is currently undergoing construction and is slated to open March 2010.
