For the second consecutive year Bean Group has been named to the Real Trends 500 Largest Brokers in the United States.
The Real Trends 500 annually identifies the 500 largest real estate brokerages in the US. Bean Group was named to the 2010 Real Trends 500 largest firms, ranked both by closed transactions and by closed sales volume.
This is a wonderful milestone for Bean Group to achieve, particularly given the fact that we reached this in our 6th year in business. Our business model, which is unique within the real estate brokerage industry, is ideally suited to today’s real estate environment.
Since founding the company in December 2003 Bean Group has grown to eight offices with more than 225 agents and employees, and we are recognized as the largest independent brokerage in New Hampshire. It is worthwhile to note that much of the growth of the company has occurred during the challenging real estate market of the last two years.
We have a wonderful team of talented agents and employees, a great business model, and an incredibly useful, one stop real estate website that puts our sellers right in front of today’s buyer. We look forward to continued expansion and success throughout New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.
