Bean Group Acquires Virtual Homes

We are pleased to announce that Bean Group has acquired Virtual Homes Real Estate, a leading brokerage firm headquartered in Amherst, New Hampshire.

Virtual Homes Real Estate is an innovative company that evolved from a merger between former RE/MAX franchises and a leading Internet marketing company. For 20 years Virtual Homes operated as RE/MAX Country Properties in NH, and for 5 years as RE/MAX Innovations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In mid-2009 the company changed it’s name to Virtual Homes Real Estate.

This acquisition brings two complimentary cultures and philosophies together. As part of the acquisition we are welcoming 33 exceptional REALTORS from Virtual Homes to Bean Group. The new office in Amherst, NH, located across from the Amherst Country Club at 55 Ponemah Hill Road is Bean Group’s tenth New Hampshire office location.

Virtual Homes clients have long enjoyed a phenomenal marketing network supported by literally hundreds of websites throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont. With this acquisition, the Virtual Homes internet marketing platform will be fully integrated into Bean Group’s existing network, immediately providing expanded market coverage and Internet presence throughout the Company’s footprint.

Fred Doleac Joins Bean Group as our Director of Online Marketing

Fred Doleac, Founder of Virtual Homes, has joined Bean Group’s Management Team as Director of Online Marketing and will be focused on ensuring that Bean Group’s Internet marketing network comprised of nearly one thousand location specific real estate sites is unrivaled in all of New England.
